Anti Riot Helmet/ A PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR
The present invention relates to a protective headgear. The headgear comprises of an inner shell adapted to receive the head of wearer of the headgear, the inner shell having an inner wall surface, an outer wall surface and side edge; an outer shell adapted to overlie on the inner shell, the outer shell having an inner wall surface, an outer wall surface and side edge, the outer shell detachably overlie on the inner shell to form a composite shell; and a plurality of ribs sandwiched between the inner wall of the outer shell and the outer wall of the inner shell, thereby creating a gap between the outer shell and the inner shell.

- Composite Shell Structure: The headgear consists of an inner shell and an outer shell that detachably overlie each other, forming a composite shell with ribs sandwiched in between. This creates a gap that enhances protection.
- Enhanced Coverage and Design: The outer shell extends circumferentially to surround the rear portion of the neck, providing additional protection. It also features a smooth, round shape side edge for improved aesthetics and functionality.
- Material and Construction: The outer shell is made of durable materials such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC), ensuring robust protection. The inner shell is made of polystyrene, offering comfort and impact resistance.
- Additional Functional Elements: The headgear includes a visor stopper integrally formed with the outer shell to accommodate a visor, and sound vents arranged in predefined rows and columns to aid hearing.
- Modularity and Flexibility: The inner shell is detachable from the outer shell, allowing for easy maintenance and customization. The design includes half-round ribs and a one-piece construction for the outer shell and round rib, enhancing the helmet's structural integrity.

- The Shape Shell rubber beading is replaced with abs-pc smooth round shape edge which will provide overall strength to the helmet shell.
- The Rib Structure Internal rib structure provides more strength to the shell. Inner rib will create a narrow gap between inner and outer shell which reduce direct heat transfer to inner shell.
