High-Temperature Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy @MEMS-IoE RIFC

Description
High-temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy (HTCLSM) enables precise in-situ observation of samples at high temperatures with controlled heating and cooling rates. It utilizes laser light and confocal scanning for detailed imaging. With features like temperature control, sample stage, and sensitive detectors, it captures fine details even under extreme conditions. This technique finds applications in studying phase transformations, agglomeration, grain growth kinetics, and other processes affected by temperature variations.
