Abstract

This innovative structural system is designed for applications such as Floating Solar Power Plants (FSPV), Floating Shades, Floating Water Treatment Plants, and Floating Aerators. It utilizes cost-effective HDPE pipes and a modular design for easy deployment and maintenance. The system significantly reduces costs and enhances stability through the use of an underwater floating sub-anchor and maintenance boat lanes.

Current Status of Technology

A pilot project based on an earlier design is operational in Powai Lake. The updated design, incorporating HDPE floaters with internal compartments and floating sub-anchors, is ready for prototyping and further pilot demonstrations.
