L is a tridentate ligand of formula II, optionally, the 9-anthracenyl group at 4’ position of formula II may be substituted with a phenyl group or a pyrenyl group,
n represents an integer of 1 or 2,
A represents a biologically acceptable counter ion to M[L]n,
m represents an integer of 2,
