Hindi Morphological Analyzer
The Hindi Morphological Analyzer provides Morphological Analysis for Hindi language. It provides the analysis in the form of lemma, suffix and features like gender, number, tense etc. For example for the word “jaauMgaa”: lemma- ja, suffix- uMgaa, features- {male, singular, 1st person, future tense}. A morphological analyzer is a program for providing the output as delineated above. The HinMA system- the morphology analyser for Hindi- does morpheme analysis for Hindi.
