Portable Microscopes
The technology is a portable microscope which when integrated with a mobile phone is configured to visualize, process, analyze, transmit and store microscopic images of a specimen or sample slide under examination. The portable microscope mainly comprises of optical component assembly, focusing assembly and illumination assembly. The optical component assembly is configured to capture and display magnified images of said specimen or sample slide. The focusing assembly enables precise focusing of the specimen and said illumination assembly emits light on said specimen for improving the microscopic image quality. The optical component assembly is provided with a holder, wherein said mobile phone with a built-in camera is placed to visualize the microscopic images of said specimen or sample slide.
