Electrospun nano-composite bone regenerative material containing hardystonite

The present invention relates to a nanocomposite scaffold useful for bone regeneration comprising a polymer component and a ceramic component, and process for preparation. In particular, the present invention relates to nanocomposite scaffold wherein the component is a metal silicate. The said scaffold displays enhanced cell prolifeeration, osteogenic, in-vitro, cellular activity and bioactivity.
