Symposiums

TechConnect is a pivotal Research & Development Exhibition and a key component of Techfest. It provides an invaluable platform for industries to engage with IIT Bombay faculty and students, fostering the exchange of ideas and exploring potential collaborations.

Symposiums are a way to enhance the outreach activity by allowing IITB Departments and Centres to showcase their research and initiatives interactively. Each Department or Centre will be allocated a time slot of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. We recommend starting with an introduction, followed by activities such as panel discussions, presentations, research highlights, and technical quizzes. Additionally, a brief lab visit can be arranged towards the end of the session.
