IIT Bombay won the National Intellectual Property Award 2019

IIT Bombay won the National Intellectual Property Award 2019 under the category of ‘Top Academic Institution for Patents and Commercialisation’ given by Government of India (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Intellectual Property office, India). The award carries a memento, citation and cash incentive of Rs. one lakh. The award was received by Prof. Petety V. Balaji, former Dean(R&D) on behalf of Institute at the function held at New Delhi on 26th April 2019.
