Hysteretic controlled DC-DC buck converter with 2.8V to 4.2V battery supply for portable applications in 90nm CMOS

The proposed invention is a DC-DC buck converter designed in a lower technology 90mm mixed mode CMOS which can be integrated along with the digital processor.It use Pluse width modulation (PWM) AND Pulse frequency modulation (PFM) modes of control with an internal power management unit to provide supply for the stacked transistors and the control circuits.
